Raw and Real is a small-batch, specialty raw dessert shop that combines nutrient-dense superfoods with gourmet flavor and international flair. Our homemade recipes are each packed with invigorating, nutrient-dense ingredients like coconut, cashews, berries and cacao nibs.

 

Passionate about the healing effects of food, we only use whole, plant-based ingredients loaded with nutrients, vitamins and dietary fibers. All of our raw cakes and desserts are vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free, unprocessed and free from refined sugar. 

 

We are located in the Washington, DC metro area. Our products are available for pick-up or delivery.
